Buy at the online shop: add the desired product to the shopping cart by clicking the add to cart button on the product page and follow the instructions. To order more than one item simply repeat the process for each and at the end click on the shopping cart in the upper right corner of the shop. You will then be redirected to a page where you can set the shipping cost, choose the method of payment, enter your details, and leave some additional notes about your order!

Yes! Your order will be sent from Portugal and can be sent to any part of the world.

The payment method usually accepted is by credit card, via Stripe, or Paypal.

If you have a bank account in Portugal and prefer, you can pay by bank transfer. In this case, you should click the button go to payments at check out and follow the instructions. You will then receive an email indicating the IBAN of the account to which make the payment and the order will be sent upon receipt to the address you specify. When in doubt just order by email!

You’ll be contacted as soon as your order is received, regardless of the payment method you choose. If days pass by without hearing any feedback, please make sure to check the spam folder of your email box because the email sent may have been mistakenly considered unsolicited.

Please take note that the brand can’t be held responsible for delays or cancellations of orders for reasons that are unrelated to it.

It’s easy! Just enter the Gift Certificate code at check out or send an email with your order, Gift Certificate code, address, and preferred method of payment. You will then receive an email with the payment instructions.

Custom orders are usually not accepted unless they are in harmony with the brand’s line of work, so if you’re looking for something with a completely different aesthetic it’s suggested that you look for a more suitable professional for the job. If, on the other hand, you wish for another color, different size or a piece that’s no longer available in the shop, it’s very probable that we can find a solution.

Payment information

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If your card has been issued outside the U.S. or Canada, please note that your order may need additional verification before it can be processed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept COD orders and all orders must be paid in full once submitted online.

We do our best to provide accuracy in the pricing and other product information displayed on our website, but mistakes sometimes happen. In such cases, Furniture.ca expressly reserves the right not to honor pricing errors found on this website when accepting an online order. If an error occurs, we’ll let you know and cancel the order. Any authorized payments for that order will be immediately refunded. If you find an error once your order is delivered, please contact our Customer Care team or refer to our return policy.

We use your info to fulfil your order accurately and quickly and to improve your shopping experience. We respect your privacy and never share this information with anyone, except in connection with your order. If you want to know more, take a look at our Private Policy.

Orders and returns

Click on a Product Photo or Product Name to see more detailed information. To place your order, choose the specification you want and enter the quantity, and click ‘Buy Now’.

Please enter the required information such as Delivery Address, Quantity Type etc. Before clicking “Place Order”, please check your Order Details carefully. If you want to add a new Delivery Address, click ” Add a new address”. If you want to edit a current Delivery Address, click ‘Edit this address’. After confirming your Order, you will be automatically taken to the Payment page.

Go to Your Orders. Click Cancel Items. Note: Select the checkbox next to each item you wish to remove from the order. If you want to cancel the entire order, select all of the items. Click Cancel checked items when finished.

You can contact our customer support team by provided email or mobile phone. In case, it’s not convenient to talk, you can come to our store to make your request.
